Hello, i live in beautiful Norfolk where i make whimsical children's art and children's party supplies.

I am happy to deliver or for you (small travel fee) to collect if you are local. Please just ask.

All other items are posted with Royal Mail and are always sent first class.

If you would like your item sent next day delivery or tracked/signed for pleased just ask and I can set this shipping profile up for you.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

I except returns and exchanges. Please let me know within 14 days of purchase and return within 30 days. Items are expected to be retuned in resalable condition. I can refund under these terms too.

Unfortunately I cannot refund an item if it is custom or personalised due to the nature of the item. However please do message me if you have any problems as I am very approachable and always happy to chat.
